OneDArT Online Ordering and Engagement Hub - Password Resets

We’ve recently launched our new OneDArT system, and you should have received an email titled OneDArT Release 2025.08 with more information. Toward the bottom of that email, we outlined the steps required to access your account.
As part of this upgrade, we’ve introduced a new authentication system. All users are required to reset their passwords.
To do so:
1. Go to the login page. Available from (https://ordering.diversityarrays.com or https://hub.diversityarrays.cloud)
2. Click “Forgot Password?”.
3. Enter your username and follow the instructions.
A reset link will be sent to your registered email address. If it doesn’t arrive, please check your spam/junk folder. The link is valid for only 12 hours, so please action it promptly.
Once your password is reset, you’ll be able to log in as usual.
